3. Use of Service
You agree to use AccessMate only for lawful purposes.
AccessMate must not be used in a manner that could cause harm to individuals or entities. Do not use AccessMate to generate content that is abusive, harmful, or inappropriate or otherwise infringes, violates or misappropriates the right of any person. You hereby warrant, acknowledge and agree that you will not modify, lease, sell, distribute, copy any of our services nor will you attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or discover source codes underlying our services including the systems, models, algorithms of AccessMate. You agree to not programmatically or automatically extract data or output. You hereby warrant, acknowledge and agree you will not represent that the output from AccessMate is human-generated when it was not nor will you represent that any information generated from AccessMate is a representation made by Access Link Consulting Pty Ltd.

You acknowledge and agree that information generated from AccessMate is different from and distinct to any professional advice received by Access Link Consulting Pty Ltd and that AccessMate as an AI generated information provider is not liable for any loss, damages, claim or complain nor is AccessMate capable of being sued.

4. User Conduct
You agree not to upload, post, email, or transmit any material containing software viruses or harmful codes. You agree not to impersonate any person or falsely state or misrepresent any affiliation.

5. Intellectual Property
The intellectual property rights in all content, information, figures, images or text generated by AccessMate (“output”) is owned by Access Link Consulting Pty Ltd (“Access Link”) and remain the exclusive property of Access Link. However, Access Link makes no representation or warranties of any kind, express or implied with respect to the completeness, reliability or accuracy of any output.

6. Privacy
Access Link collects and uses data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using AccessMate, you agree to the terms outlined in the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
AccessMate is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and for general information purposes and Access Link shall not be liable in tort, law, equity or other for any errors or omissions in the output or for any actions taken in reliance thereon. Access Link makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of AccessMate or the information, content, materials generated or output. By using AccessMate you hereby understand, acknowledge and agree that you are required to check the accuracy and validity of any response or output generated with Access Link or an accredited authority, assessor, professional or access consultant prior to any reliance whatsoever.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Access Link shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of AccessMate, including loss and damages whether direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential.
